RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Calivium, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@calivium.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number].”
  • Include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for our team to confirm your return and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Calivium is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued, including:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on calivium.com.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@calivium.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as posting times can vary
