SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping at Calivium. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders made on calivium.com. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

Calivium currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotions, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time

After processing, standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the destination. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be clearly displayed on the Site or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.

6. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Calivium is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Calivium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@calivium.com and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@calivium.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@calivium.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
